The undersigned, as the data subject, gives their free consent for the data controller and/or processor to proceed with the processing of the data and their communication to the subjects indicated in the privacy notice and for the purposes specified. Furthermore, they declare to be aware of the rights under Regulation (EU) GDPR No. 679/2016.

ACCEPTS to become a Member of the Association, acknowledging that enrollment in the courses entails a free membership for one year, if not already a member.

DECLARES

1. To have read the Association’s Statute and to accept and comply with it in every part;

2. To undertake the payment of the annual membership fee (if applicable) and of any additional contributions depending on the activities chosen;

3. To consent to the processing and publication, for institutional purposes only, of videos, photographs and/or images revealing the identity of the undersigned, on the Association’s website and official social media pages;

4. To consent to the use of personal data by the Association, pursuant to Art. 13 of Legislative Decree no. 196/2003 and GDPR 679/2016, for the implementation of profiling initiatives and direct communication (via email, telephone messaging, regular mail) for marketing purposes, both by the Association and by external partners.

If you cancel your registration at least 30 days before the course date, you will be refunded the amount paid, net of an administrative fee of 120 euros. If we cancel the course for any other reason, you will receive a full refund. If the course is postponed or rescheduled, you can keep your registration or receive a full refund.
