The undersigned requests to be enrolled as an Ordinary Member, sharing the institutional goals of the Organization.

The undersigned declares acceptance of the Bylaws and undertakes to pay the annual membership fee.
 

Se il socio è in regola con il pagamento della quota associativa ha i seguenti benefits annuali:
  •   N. 5 panel test con relative spider-map
  •   Logo “Socio O.N.A.O.O.” da inserire nel sito web e nella firma delle e-mail
  •   1 Masterclass


If the member is up to date with their membership fee, they receive the following annual benefits:

  • 5 panel tests with related spider maps
  • "O.N.A.O.O. Member" logo to be included on the website and in the email signature
  • 1 Masterclass
