POLICY DI CANCELLAZIONE
CORSO
Ai sensi degli artt. 49 e ss. del
D.Lgs. 206/2005 (Codice del Consumo), la presente policy costituisce parte
integrante delle condizioni di vendita del servizio.
ISCRIZIONE L'iscrizione al Corso
si perfeziona con il ricevimento, da parte di Hari-Om, della domanda di
ammissione online debitamente compilata in ogni sua parte, unitamente alla
ricevuta della quota di iscrizione, ove prevista, secondo le modalità indicate.
A. Cancellazione dell’evento da parte dell’organizzatore
(es. per mancato raggiungimento della soglia minima di partecipanti)
È facoltà discrezionale e
insindacabile della direzione della Hari-Om, in caso di problemi organizzativi
anche connessi al numero di partecipanti, apportare modifiche alle date, al
luogo di svolgimento o alla durata dei corsi, senza che per ciò il partecipante
possa recedere o comunque liberarsi dagli impegni assunti con la sottoscrizione
del presente contratto. L’organizzatore
si impegna ad avvisare prontamente gli iscritti della cancellazione della data.
Verrà riconosciuto all’iscritto il rimborso limitato alla sola quota di
iscrizione già pagata. Nessun rimborso verrà riconosciuto per i biglietti
aerei/treni, i costi degli hotel, altri biglietti o pagamenti, o eventuali
penali simili o perdite, costi e/o spese correlati o non correlati che
l’iscritto potrebbe sostenere o aver sostenuto a seguito di cancellazioni o
modifiche del viaggio. Il rimborso avverrà entro 60 giorni dalla richiesta.
B. Auto-cancellazione del partecipante per impossibilità a
prendere parte all’evento
• Ai sensi degli artt. 52 e ss.
del Codice del Consumo, il Cliente Consumatore ha diritto di recedere dal
contratto di acquisto del corso, senza penalità e senza dover fornire alcuna
motivazione, entro 14 giorni lavorativi dalla data della compilazione della
domanda di ammissione online. La volontà di recedere deve essere comunicata a
mezzo raccomandata a.r. o a mezzo pec. Nessuna altra modalità viene considerata
valida.
La conclusione del contratto
avviene tramite accettazione delle condizioni generali di vendita durante il
checkout (click-wrap agreement), perfezionandosi quando il fornitore riceve
l'accettazione del consumatore.
• Fino a 30 giorni prima
dell’inizio del corso è previsto il rimborso del 30% di quanto versato tramite
voucher utilizzabile entro un anno per un corso simile a quello che si è
acquistato;
• Passati i 30 giorni, quindi dal
ventinovesimo giorno in avanti non è previsto alcun rimborso
Non è consentita la cessione
della propria iscrizione a una persona terza. Andrà effettuata una nuova
registrazione attraverso il sito. In caso di evento al completo viene data
priorità ai partecipanti già in lista di attesa.
Cambio di data e/o sede
da parte dello studente (spostamento da effettuare entro 7 giorni dalla
richiesta di cambio, compilando il nuovo form di iscrizione): lo studente
manterrà valido anche il deposito pagando una penale di 100€ (oppure 250€ per
passaggio al corso on demand). Il cambio di data e/o sede deve avvenire entro
15 giorni dall'inizio del corso al quale si è inizialmente iscritti. Sconti e
scholarship saranno applicati solo se ancora disponibili nel corso di arrivo.
Foro competente
Salvo quanto disposto dagli
articoli 33 e 63, D.lgs 6 settembre 2005 n. 206, ove applicabile, per qualsiasi
controversia relativa, dipendente o comunque connessa al presente contratto
sarà territorialmente competente il Tribunale di Alessandria.
COURSE CANCELLATION POLICY
Pursuant to Articles 49 et seq. of Legislative Decree
206/2005 (Consumer Code), this policy constitutes an integral part of the terms
and conditions of service sales.
ENROLLMENT. The enrollment in the Course is completed
upon receipt by Hari-Om of the online application form duly completed in all
its parts, together with the receipt of the registration fee, if applicable,
according to the indicated procedures.
A. Cancellation
of the event by the organizer (e.g. due to failure to reach the minimum
number of participants)
It is the discretionary and unquestionable prerogative
of the management of Hari Om, in case of organizational problems including
those related to the number of participants, to make changes to the dates, the
location, or the duration of the courses, without the participant being able to
withdraw or otherwise be released from the commitments undertaken by signing
this contract. The organizer undertakes to promptly inform the registrants of
the cancellation of the date.
The registrant will be refunded only for the
registration fee already paid. No refund
will be provided for airline/train tickets, hotel costs, other tickets or
payments, or any similar penalties or losses, costs and/or expenses related or
unrelated that the registrant may incur or have incurred due to cancellations
or changes of the trip. The refund will be made within 60 days of the request.
B. Self-cancellation
of the participant due to inability to attend the event
• Pursuant to Articles 52 et seq. of the Consumer
Code, the Consumer Client has the right to withdraw from the course purchase
contract, without penalty and without having to provide any reason, within 14
working days from the date of completion of the online application form. The
intention to withdraw must be communicated by registered mail with return
receipt or by certified email. No other method is considered valid. The
conclusion of the contract occurs through acceptance of the general terms of
sale during checkout (click-wrap agreement), becoming effective when the
supplier receives the consumer's acceptance.
• Up to 30 days before the start of the course, a
refund of 30% of the amount paid is provided through a voucher usable within
one year for a course similar to the one purchased;
• After 30 days, therefore from the twenty-ninth day
onwards, no refund is provided.
It is not allowed to transfer your registration to a
third party. A new registration must be made through the website. In the event
of a full course, priority is given to participants already on the waiting
list.
Change of date and/or location (the change of date must be completed within 7 days
from the request to change by filling in a new registration form): the student
will also keep the deposit valid by paying a penalty of 100€ (or 250€ when
switching to the on demand program). The change of date must be requested at
least 15 days before the start of the course to which you first enrolled.
Discounts and scholarships will only be applied if they are still available
during arrival.
Competent court
Except as provided by Articles 33 and 63 of
Legislative Decree No. 206 of September 6, 2005, where applicable, for any
dispute relating to, arising from, or in any case connected to this contract,
the court of Alessandria shall have territorial jurisdiction.
