Hari Om will not share personal information you provide during your visit to our site to any outside organization. If, through this site, you provide us with your mailing address, phone number and/or email address, we will not contact you unless you give us permission to do so. We respect your privacy and appreciate your support. Waiver of responsibility: the student releases all rights to Hari-Om for the production and use of photos, audio files, videos and others, for commercial purposes and in general for the purposes of the Association.

SELF CERTIFICATE OF GOOD HEALTH I confirm that I am in good health and in proper physical condition to participate in the all activities arranged by the Sport association Hari-Om ssd arl. I confirm that I have no known or knowable physical or mental conditions that would affect my ability to participate in said activities, or that would result in my participation creating a risk of danger to myself or to others. I acknowledge that Hari-Om recommends that I obtain medical clearance from my GP prior to participation. I hereby forever waive, release, covenant not to Claim, and discharge Hari-Om from any and all Claims that I may have arising out of my participation in the activity
The deposit paid at the time of registration is, for no reason, refundable. In case of cancellation of the course by the student within one week before the start of the course: all payments made after the deposit may be converted into a voucher that can be used for the same type of course within 1 year from the issue date. In the event of cancellation in the six days prior to the start of the course or after the course has begun, there is no refund of any amount paid. Cancellation of the course or rescheduling more than 50% of the established dates without reasonable motive by Hari-Om: the school will refund the entire amount paid by the student. Change of date and / or location: the student will also keep the deposit valid by paying a penalty of 100€/ (250€ only when switching to the on demand program). Discounts and scholarships will only be applied if they are still available during arrival. Hari-Om makes itself available to evaluate on a case-by-case basis, but reserves the right of final decision.
